HOW TO DO IT:
1. Print the above form and fill out completely.
2. Wrap each knife individually in newspaper, place them in a sturdy box, packed tight with additional newspaper.
3. Include a copy of your mail in form and seal the box securely.
4. Ship via the carrier you desire. We encourage you to insure to protect yourself from lost knives.
5. We will receive the knives and sharpen each knife professionally.
6. One of our staff will contact you for payment and ship your knives the same day.
